(iii) Number of days early to work (iv) Number of days late to work (v) Total charges for lateness and absents from duty.
At the end of the month, an appropriate deduction will be done against each defaulter as a disciplinary measure to stop lateness to work and truancy.
REGISTRATION OF THE PUPILS/STUDENTS: This is considered as the basic step taken towards this direction so as to bring an effective and efficient service in the world of school computerization.
This involves registering each pupil /student by putting down all their detailed information (i.e. individually).

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES: It is designed so as to the get detailed information on payment from each student/pupils such as the amount paid, time of payment, pupil/student that paid, the Bursar or the name of the individual that collected the fees, Bank name etc. All these will be displayed on the computer screen when needed. All the transactions pertaining payments of all kind will be displayed on the screen at just a click. The same level of accountability is applicable in payment for school uniforms, sandals, contribution of P.T.A and donations towards enhancing the standard of the school.

COMPUTERIZED SALES: This is designed such that total number of the items in stock, no of items sold per day, names of pupils/students which purchased items per day, the number of the remaining items after sales and the staff names at the point of sales are accurately captured on computer screen.
These brings about accurate accounting and transparent system in selling and buying of items in schools. Therefore, no fraudulent act is permitted but if any, it must be directly traced.
